Linseeds
Contain at least 27 substances with anticancer effect. Provide positive influence during the preventive measures against heart diseases, skin diseases, stress, as well as improve the overall health condition.
Contain natural fatty acids, which include alfalinolen acid, which is the predecessor of Omega-3 fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acid can reduce the level of cholesterol, blood pressure, thrombus formation, thus preventing heart diseases.
Able to kill cells of particular tumours, not harming the healthy ones, helps to reduce allergic reactions, skin diseases (acne, eczema, psoriasis), pain of arthritis patients, reduces the diabetics’ need for insulin, help to fight stress. 50 grams of linseeds provide 160% of the recommended daily dose of Omega-3 fatty acid.
Contain 26% fibre and 12% mucin. Fibre acts as a broom in the intestinal tract, sweeping away toxic substances, metabolic waste and mucin. Contain estrogen lignin which functions as an antioxidant, acts against cancer (reduces the risk of breast and large intestine cancer), viruses, bacteria, fungus. Restore hormonal balance, relieve such symptoms as heat waves, anxiety, irritation, typical for women during the menstrual cycles and menopause. Linseed oil practically does not contain this substance.
Cashew nuts
Excellent source of proteins and fibre. Contain large amount of monounsaturated fatty acids, which strengthen heart functions. Contain also vitamin B6, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, zinc and copper.
Almonds
Contain proteins, fibre, calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamins B2, PP and E. Contain phytosubstances that have anticancer effect.
Sunflower seeds
Excellent source of vitamin E. Contain 22-24% proteins, which is approximately equal to the amount of proteins in beef. It is a good source of energy. From all the oils, contained by sunflower seeds, 55% are unsaturated fatty acids.
Sunflower seeds contain also linol acid, which reduces the lining of cholesterol on the inside walls of veins and arteries. They contain also a large amount of iron. For example, 100g sunflower seeds contain approximately 7mg iron, but 100g beef – only 2.5mg.

Hemp seeds (cannabis satevae)
Leading scientists and medics consider hemp as one of the most valuable sources of nutrition on the planet. Hemp seeds contain about 33% proteins in such a form, which is effectively accumulated by a digestive system.
They provide all the main amino acids necessary for the human body, especially those, necessary for immune system. For this reason in former times peasants, that used hemp for nutrition, were healthier than noblemen who did not.
Hemp is one of the plants containing the largest amount of natural fatty acid – up to 80% of the total amount of fats. Hemp oil contains 55% linol acid and 25% linolen acid. Natural fatty acids are involved in processing food into energy and delivering it to all parts of human body. They are also necessary to purge the body of toxins.
